Internet E-Mail Directory


Any Washington State government organization is eligible to participate in the DIS On-line E-mail directory. If your government organization would like to participate, follow these simple instructions.

First, create an ASCII text file that lists your organization's names and e-mail addresses in the following format, one name per line:

Last Name,First Name,Middle Initial,E-mail address

Here's an example text file consisting of two entries:

Dito,Johnny,,dito@dis.wa.gov
Reinker,David,E,reinkerd@lesa.net

Notice that the middle initial is just a single letter with no punctuation.

Next, e-mail your text file to tsdwebdev@dis.wa.gov. That's it. Whenever you wish to make updates, just resend your entire updated listing.
An updated list needs to be sent at the minimum on a monthly basis. (Some agencies update weekly).
All names submitted will appear in the directory.

The file name needs to include your agency number. Example:
dis155.csv
